Registration for 15-17 July 2024 is now OPEN.

We encourage you to register early to ensure a presentation slot, as we accept a limited number of presentations.
All registrations must be completed prior to the Symposium.
The Symposium does not provide an honorarium, travel, or other expenses for presenters.
All participants (presenters, co-presenters, and observers) must register.
Registration fees are not waived for presenters.
Scheduling requests are not guaranteed but every effort will be made to accommodate preferences. Scheduling requests must be received prior to 24 June.

Cancellations must be made a week before the regular registration deadline of the symposium to receive a partial refund of the registration fee (-15% admin fee).
If you cancel after this date, you may apply your registration to a future symposium (up to a year, i.e., three symposia).
