Oxford Symposium on Religious Studies

Registration for 15-17 July 2024 is now OPEN.

• We encourage you to register early to ensure a presentation slot, as we accept a limited number of presentations.

• All registrations must be completed prior to the Symposium.

• The Symposium does not provide an honorarium, travel, or other expenses for presenters.

• All participants (presenters, co-presenters, and observers) must register.

• Registration fees are not waived for presenters.

• Scheduling requests are not guaranteed but every effort will be made to accommodate preferences. Scheduling requests must be received prior to 24 June.

Registration Includes:

• Presentation of accepted research at the Symposium.*
• Participation in all Symposium sessions.
• Lunch and tea/coffee breaks
• Official citation in the online Symposium Programme.
• Summary of presented work in the Symposium Proceedings.*
• Opportunity to submit full-length paper for publication.*
• Certificate acknowledging presentation*

*Excludes Observer Registration.

Cancellation Policy:*

• Cancellations must be made a week before the regular registration deadline of the symposium to receive a partial refund of the registration fee (-15% admin fee).
• If you cancel after this date, you may apply your registration to a future symposium (up to a year, i.e., three symposia).

*By submitting the registration form and paying the registration fee, you acknowledge the cancellation policy and agree to its terms.

Invitation Letters for Visa Applications:

• You must pay the registration fee before we can send a letter of invitation for your Visa application.
