Registration for the 8–10 August 2022 Session

 

  • We encourage you to register early to ensure a presentation slot, as we accept a limited number of presentations.

  • All registrations must be completed prior to the Symposium.

  • The Symposium does not provide an honorarium, travel, or other expenses for presenters.

  • All participants (presenters, co-presenters, and observers) must register.

  • Registration fees are not waived for presenters.
  • Scheduling requests are not guaranteed but every effort will be made to accommodate preferences. Scheduling requests must be received prior to 11 July.

  • Presentation certificates mailed upon request.

Registration Includes:

  • Presentation of accepted research at the Symposium.*
  • Participation in all Symposium sessions.
  • Lunch and coffee/tea breaks on the days of the Symposium.
  • Official citation in the printed Symposium Programme.
  • Summary of presented work in the Symposium Proceedings.*
  • Opportunity to submit full-length paper for publication.*

*Excludes Observer Registration

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made a week before the regular registration deadline of the symposium to receive a partial refund of the registration fee (-15% admin fee).
  • If you cancel after this date, you may apply your registration to a future symposium (up to a year, i.e., three symposia).

 

If you prefer to pay your registration fees via wire transfer or in USD, contact us at info@oxfordsymposiumonreligiousstudies.com. For wire transfers, please remember to request that your bank pay all fees (from both the sending and receiving banks) when you arrange the transfer.
